NAMI Ohio encourages new members to join NAMI through a local affiliate, if available. Check the affiliate page on this website for contact information, or contact Karen Lindberg at karenl@amiohio.org or call toll-free at 1-800-686-2646 for membership information.
Those wishing to join directly through NAMI Ohio are welcome to do so. There are several types of memberships. These include:
$25 Individual/Family
$30 Individual Professional
$200 Organizational/Agency Membership
$___ Open Door (If you do not have the resources to pay regular membership dues, you may pay any amount that is financially comfortable.)
$___ Additional Tax Deductible Gift
Membership in NAMI Ohio also includes membership in NAMI National and all the rights and privileges of both memberships, including newsletters from both, voting rights, and discounts on national conferences.
Please include your name, address, phone number and e-mail with your membership dues. NAMI Ohio accepts cash/check, and Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Card. To charge your membership, please indicate what card you would like to charge it to, the account number and expiration date.
